• Maintain and manage facilities tools and assets to ensure it does can be used wells to ensure Company’s operation.

• Minimum D-3 from Engineering with Cumulative GPA min 2.75.

Commercial Officer –  Batam ( Kepulauan Riau )

Responsibilities:

-       Negotiate and close out invoices with owners and subcontractors.

-       Maintain proper order of Estimating and invoicing filing.

-       Discuss with customers, subcontractors or trades regarding scope of work and settle invoice/manhour estimates in accordance to Company requirements.

-       Preparation and timely submission of comprehensive quotations and invoices according to technical specifications and work completed.

-       Negotiate with vendors for equipment purchases, prepare Sales Agreements and follow up equipment deliveries with the vendor.

-       Keeping in close contact with Owners and Production alike for updates on repairs on board.

Requirements:

-       Shipyard Apprenticeship in Marine Engineering is an added advantage.

-       Good written and spoken English.

-       At least 3 years of experience in the Marine and Offshore Industry.

-       Diploma in Marine, Mechanical, Naval Architecture or Offshore Engineering.

-       Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.

-       Sharp commercial awareness with good interpersonal skills.
