IT Admin Support – Bintan ( Kepulauan Riau ) – Lobam. Bintan
Responsibilities:
- Setting up of new user workstations
- Respond to request for assistance relating to hardware/software issues- troubleshooting
- Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems
- IT hardware and software purchase requisition
- Manage Windows servers / Network infrastructure
- Document and Enforce IT related policies and procedures
- IT inventory administration
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Lobam. Bintan.
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- At least 1 year experience in service desk / technical desk support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in VB and PHP programming
- Experience in installing and maintaining CCTV is a plus
- Excellent knowledge in MS Outlook , MS Windows OS and Office suite of product, standard Desktop products
- Equip with core Windows platform skills (DNS/DHCP/Active Directory)
- Team player who is self motivated, self disciplined, process oriented and shows initiative
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able multi-task and perform in fast moving and demanding environment
- Experience in Backup, Exchange 2007 and High Availability administration and system recovery will be added advantage
